What are digraphs ?
A digraph in English is a group of two letters that
make one sound or phoneme .
Kinds of digraphs :
1- Vowel digraphs:
They include ai (train), ay (May), ea (sea), ea (bread), ea (break), ee (free), ei (eight), ey (key), ie (piece), oa (toad), oo (look), oo (broom), ow (know), and ue (glue).
2- consonant digraphs :They
include ch (cheese), ch (school), ng (ring), ph (telephone), sh (short), th (then), th (thick),
and wh (wheat).
The importance of digraphs :
Learning consonant digraphs and vowel digraphs sounds can
help our kids and students to reading .

How to use our free activity : You ask your student to read the digraph in the middle of
the wheel , then look at the written word and try to find , cut and stick
all the words that have this consonant digraph .Then our student has to
do the same but this time with the pictures of these words .
